Dr. Mishra is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, and also holds a Subspecialty Board Certification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. Since 1995, Dr. Mishra's private clinical practice in Burlingame, California, has focused on sports medicine injuries, especially injuries to young athletes. From 1995 through 2004 he was a team physician at the University of California, Berkeley, covering all intercollegiate sports for the men and women. He currently serves on the team physician staff for the United States Soccer Federation, and is an orthopaedic consultant and team physician for several San Francisco Bay Area high schools and youth sports organizations. He is also Chief Medical Officer at AlterG, Inc. Dr. Mishra is the father of two teenage boys, and has coached soccer, baseball, and basketball over the past decade.
Scott McRoberts
Scott leads our national sales efforts, and has extensive operational experience with large sports organizations. He obtained a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco, and subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer for the International Children's Games. In the last five years Scott has worked in executive roles with the NCAA March Madness Tournament, the Professional Tennis Tour, Stanford University, ING, and the Anschutz Entertainment Group. He is currently the Executive Director of the Niagara Sport Commission, and sits on the Host Organizing Committee for the 2011 World Junior Hockey Championships.
Jeffrey Rovner
Vice President, League Development and Sponsorships
Jeff is our "voice of the coach" and is responsible for business development and strategy for Sideline Sports Doc, particularly focused at the Club and League level. Over the past 20-plus years he has held numerous board positions in youth sports organizations in the San Francisco Bay area and is currently the President of the San Ramon Valley Thunderbirds Youth Football and Cheer organization. He has coached football, baseball, and basketball, and is an active participant in adult hockey leagues.
Jeff is the president of JR Marketing and Consulting Group, and is the former CEO/President of MedModus, Inc. As an experienced executive, Jeff brings a vast network of resources to our company along with expertise in strategic negotiation and partnership development.
